The new year starts with a look at the pre-fall collections of Bill Blass and runs all the way back to Valentino’s 40th anniversary collection in our retro look of his Fall 2001 collection. This month we also take a look at putting together beauty resolutions for the New Year. Some of them are what one would expect, others are completely new beauty commandments.
