The outerwear in this collection is without parallel so far this season. Too many beautiful items to go through -but highlights include a violet/mauve hip flared coat, a striped emerald oversized collar coat, a blood orange fur-lined coat, a multi-fold nearly plaid grey/blue/brown coat, a herringbone boat with embellished prints throughout. Wan also skewed the ling of androgyny with some male fashions that looked just as good on the female gender. The direction of the trousers seemed more 70s inspired and left a bit to be desired not for any construction issues, but because it dated itself. The evening dresses were beautifully done and one dress mirrored a top that was a collection stealer. The back of the top had an exposed V that trailed down to just above the small of the models back and it was intelligently done. Wan’s Fall 2015 collection won’t have many detractors.
