Steampunk, Edgy and Modern are the words that come to mind when looking through the Fall-Winter 2015 collection by Nicholas amd Christopher Kunz. The duo stuck to their nomadic element of the line, offering flowy fabric tunics some with face wraps and hoodies. For fit the designers played with asymmetry and slouch, loose fitting but flattering nonetheless. Metal hardware and carbine like closures were used to accent jackets that gave a 1920’s aviator feel. That aesthetic was also seen it the use of leather aviator helmets from the same era.
There was a soft darkness to this collection, one that was not intimidating or uninviting. A collection designed for a modern, fashion forward and edgy clientele.
