We’ve covered Spring since our inception in 2005. The one thing that sticks out about this season in particular is the fact that designers have gone out on a limb for the season with colors. Pantone may have announced that Radiant Orchid was the color of 2014, but designers have had another thing in mind. From the sharp masculine edge of Marc Jacobs Spring 2014 opus to Reem Acra’s deep red assault with sexual overtones, designers have departed in some sense from tried and true formulas. We’ve outlined some of our reviews from Spring 2014 fashion week as well as constructing our own lookbook of trends and designers that we believe have a lot to offer for the 2014 season.
