New York, NY, United States (AHN) – Nike unveiled new uniform designs for all 32 National Football Leagues on Tuesday.
Most look the same, but they are described as being lighter, more form-fitting and better at wicking away sweat.
The only truly noticeable change was for the Seattle Seahawks. The team wanted to spruce things up a bit, so a neon green trim was added around the player’s numbers and a stripe in the same hue was added down each pant leg.
Another noticeable change is that the Denver Broncos switched from navy blue to orange jerseys.
Nike replaces Reebok, who had been the chief uniform maker for the league for a decade, as the official NFL uniform supplier.
The new gear was modeled by NFL players at a macho, grid-iron themed fashion show in Brooklyn.
