Los Angeles, CA, United States (Celebrity News Service) – Vanity Fair has revealed their International Best-Dressed List and Kate Middleton makes her first appearance on the list as a member of the royal family. She was first bestowed the honor in 2008.

First Lady Michelle Obama makes her fourth appearance on the list, this time on the Best Dressed Couples List with President Barack Obama. President Obama earned the title one other time in 2009.
Other returning list-makers include France’s First Lady, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, who appears for the fourth time. Lady Gaga earns her second best-dressed nod, as do actresses Carey Mulligan and Tilda Swinton.
NBC News anchor Brian Williams joins the list’s Hall of Fame, while first-timers of the International Best Dressed include Justin Timberlake, Armie Hammer, Janelle Monae, and Colin Firth.
