Miami, FL, United States (AHN) – Most people retire when they enter into their 70s. But not Lileth Hogarth – the 71-year-old fashion designer is still working and designing for her high-end fashion line. In addition, the Lauderhill Regional Chamber of Commerce will unveil her couture collection on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 7 pm.
Hogarth has been a designer her whole life, and her new collection features avant-garde glamour, using different fabrics and colors.
Twenty-five percent of the proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. With the daring and unique designs of the collection, this show will most likely draw the fashion-forward residents of South Florida, and will determine if Hogarth is, indeed, a fashion designer who will stay on the scene.
“Lileth Couture is bold, feminine and highly romantic,” Hogarth said in a statement. “The line speaks to a strong, confident and modern woman who is not afraid to show her vulnerability and her femininity. Women always like to be dressed in designer clothes and are always looking for exclusive designer clothing for themselves. A woman feels more confident if she is dressed in an extraordinary outfit which makes her look different from the crowd. I believe that our collection offers our clients just that.”
