Paris, France (AHN) – French luxury fashion house Chloe has named Geoffroy de la Bourdonnaye as the new CEO after Ralph Toledano exits the company. The former Liberty CEO will assume his new role starting September 1.
Toledano, who has held the position since 1999, was reportedly pushed out by new boss Marty Wikstrom, but he has refused to comment on the rumor. His departure from the brand was reported last week.
De la Bourdonnaye will now assume his vacated position.
Wikstrom, head of Richemont, the label’s current owner, has been quoted by Vogue.co.uk as saying, “Geoggroy brings to Chloe a depth of operational experience from sales, marketing and general management across relevant industries from fashion and retail to consumer goods and entertainment amongst top global brands.”
“He is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering performance and growth in highly creative environments. We all look forward to welcoming Geoffroy on board.”
