New York, NY, United States (CNS) – French luxe brand Chanel has announced that “Shutter Island” director Martin Scorsese has been tapped to create an advertising campaign for their new male fragrance line.
Not many details have been released about the new fragrance, other than it will be launched in September of this year. French actor Gaspard Ulliel will be starring in both the short film and print ads for Chanel. Filming has already begun this month in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Meanwhile, The Independent reports that fellow director David Lynch has also filmed an advertisement for Christian Dior’s Lady Rouge campaign.
