Lindsay Lohan Expands 6126 Leggings Brand To Full Clothing Line
Los Angeles, CA, US (CNS) – With the success of Lindsay Lohan’s 6126 leggings line and her not-so-successful stint as artistic advisor for Emanuel Ungaro, Lohan confirmed that she’ll be expanding her collection to include a full line of pieces.
The collection, which currently only includes hosiery, is planning to include everything from mini-dresses to a leather jacket. “i need MORE followers i am so sad about this,” Lohan said on Twitter.”how can i tell everyone about my 6126 full collection COMING OUT! all clothing.”
The full collection will feature 100 pieces, including her signature leggings. The line is set to debut with a Fall 2010 collection. A collection the following Spring will feature even more items, including handbags, shoes, and jewelry.
”We’ve had amazing success with the leggings line,” said Kristi Kaylor, 6126 principal to WWD. “We have a great business with Neiman Marcus and several hundred great specialty stores. [DNAM Apparel] was the perfect partner to work with 6126 and grow it as a lifestyle brand.”
The line will retail where 6126 is current available, including Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and various boutiques and retailers around the country. Lohan will also continue serving as artistic advisor of Emanuel Ungaro, which recently saw its president Mounir Moufarrige replaced by the brand’s general manager, Marie Fournier.
