Julia Roberts Named Lancome's Global Ambassadress
New York, NY (CNS) – “Pretty Woman” Julia Roberts has been named the “global ambassadress” of the cosmetics brand Lancome. The 42-year-old Hollywood beauty has been chosen to front the full of the brand because of her “remarkable personality and career.”
The company’s international president Youcef Nabi called the Oscar winner an “emblematic woman of her time” in a statement released Friday.
Roberts, who raises 5-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and 2-year-old son Henry with husband Daniel Moder, is chosen for her “exceptional talent, her radiance, and her strong commitments,” which perfectly echo the brand’s values.
She had her first day of shooting with Lancome Friday. The specifics of her role have not been confirmed yet.
