Los Angeles, CA (CNS) – Like daughter, like mother, Lindsay Lohan’s equally infamous mother is also getting into fashion. Plans are underway for Dina Lohan to release a range of an inexpensive shoe collection with the company I Love My Shoes.
Eonline.com reports that the Lohan stage mom will be calling her collection “Shoe-han.”
She will apparently do a radio and TV commercial for her shoes, and will be involved in its advertising procedure.
I Love My Shoes founder Robert Yeganeh told the website that although Dina won’t be involved in the designing aspect of the line, she will have a major influence in whichever direction it will go.
Yeganeh hopes to release some designs out in time for Mother’s Day and around 25 to 35 shoes for sale by fall.
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s first runway gig as the “artistic advisor” to Emanuel Ungaro has been met with scathing reviews. Fashion blogs and critics slammed her collection when it debuted in the runway at the Paris Fashion Week.
