New York, NY (CNS) – Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake will soon debut a new fragrance for women. Called simply “a scent by issey miyake,” the new fragrance will be available in stores in the fall.
The designer says the new fragrance is “a scent as simple and beautiful as the air we breathe.” It features fresh notes of Hyacinth and Galbanum, with hints of Verbena and Jasmine.
The scent will join the designer’s already established line of perfumes in collaboration with Beaute Prestige International, the Paris-based fragrance division of the Shiseido Cosmetics Corporation. The L’Eau d’Issey, a tribute to water, was introduced in 1992. In 1998, Le Feu d’Issey was released as an homage to fire and light.
“A scent by issey miyake” will be available exclusively at Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom stores across the country.
