New York, NY (CNS) – Reco Jeans, the eco-friendly, fashion forward brand, is launching a new line of recycled denim and the company is using actor Woody Harrelson and singer Alanis Morissette as spokes persons.
According to the company’s website, Reco is the only company to use an innovative new recycled fabric solely on all denim products. The company also takes all of the leftover denim, thread, rough edges and unused material and intertwines it with a combination of recycled and fresh cottons to make a recycled denim fabric.
The company also claims that their jeans are made up with 300 percent more recycled denim fibers that its competitors. Even the tags on the jeans are printed on both recycled and or plantable seeded paper. The jeans should hit the market later this year, with the price point yet to be determined.
