Los Angeles, CA (CNS) – Britney Spears has been trying to clean up her image for awhile now and it seems her campaign with Candie’s last year actually helped. Iconix, the owner of Candie’s announced that the partnership will continue, with Spears taking on the fall 2009 campaign.
Spears will continue to be the face of Candie’s fall 2009 television, print, online and in-store advertising campaign. Spears’ new video “Radar” features the pop starlet in Candie’s attire and some of the footage from the video will be used for upcoming commercials.
Kohl’s Department stores will continue to carry the line of apparel, footwear, jewelry and accessories. The store intends to heavily incorporate the campaign into the 2009 advertising plan, using the Candie’s promotions for national broadcast, outdoor billboards, circulars, in-store graphics, online, direct mail and email blasts.
