London, England (CNS) – Amy Winehouse’s signature beehive ‘do and retro mini-dress style would probably hit the market soon. The “Rehab” hitmaker has finalized talks with the London-based fashion label PPQ for a new line.
According to PPQ designer Amy Molyneaux, the upcoming range will be about high end statement pieces inspired by the 25-year-old singer, who is currently on vacation in the Caribbean.
Molyneaux told Grazia, “Yes there have been talks with Amy and we are now in the first stages of the project. The range will be all about high-end statement pieces, inspired by Amy’s style.”
“For example, maybe a dress or an amazing piece of jewelry like a bracelet.”
Winehouse won’t be designing the materials, but she will definitely be involved in the creative process. The line will be distributed online.
