New York, NY (CNS) – Ace designer Tommy Hilfiger is collaborating with Helena Christensen to launch a limited edition of bags. The bags designed by the duo will raise money for the Breast Health International.
The oversized tote in super soft leather comes in Mimosa yellow and features a metal knot detail clasp. The limited edition bag costs Ł279 ($393) with 50 percent of the profits donated to the Fund for Living charity, reports Female First.
Forty-year-old Christensen is a Danish fashion model and former Victoria’s Secret Angel. The former beauty queen has also launched the second Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign which involves the sale of exclusive designer t-shirts to raise millions for Action Breast Cancer (a project of the Irish Cancer Society) and Europa Donna Ireland to help younger women with breast cancer.
“Breast cancer affects women of all ages worldwide, and I commend the Breast Health International and Tommy Hilfiger for stepping up to the mark, to find a cure for this disease,” Christensen told the website.
