Las Vegas, NV (CNS) – Britney’s ex-husband and caretaker of her kids, Kevin Federline is planning to make his foray into kids clothing. The former backup dancer is reportedly in talks with designer Gerard Guez about a licensing deal for an affordable range of clothes.
“You buy your kids a pair of True Religions, then they roll around in the dirt like kids do and a $200 pair of jeans is gone,” he told fashion magazine Women’s Wear Daily.
“With this economy, I’m looking to do something much more reasonable.” According to the magazine, Federline, who gets $20,000 a month for child support from Spears, also made an overnight stop at a Las Vegas trade show to research.
K-Fed said he was trying to take this deal seriously and “not have parents pay like $500 or something ridiculous for a pair of jeans.”
