Kimora Lee Simmons Debuts Her 21st Century Collection During NY Fashion Week
New York, NY (CNS) – Kimora Lee Simmons presented her fall 2009 collection of Baby Phat during fashion week in New York City, also launching her new 21st Century Collection line.
The collection is said to reunites 1940s references with dramatic pearls, ruffled shirts and sequin blazers juxtaposed with today’s classic rock. It also includes delicate dresses with large jewel studs and vintage, chained, tapered denim with vests to match.
The collection also showed graphic tees adorned with inspirational quotes such as “timeless classic,” “confidence” and “love your self.”
The Baby Phat sportswear collection has established itself in the world of fashion in less than a decade as a premiere female lifestyle brand.
