Milan, Italy (CNS) – Leading Italian fashion designer and distributor of women’s shoes and handbags Sergio Rossi has been signed by Puma to create new line of shoes. The tie-up has resulted in two different designs been made.
The new designs include the classic Clyde sneaker and its high-heeled version, the Chic-Sneak. The two designs come in brightly colored satins that present a combo of sport design of Puma with the sex appeal of Sergio Rossi, reports vogue.co.uk.
A limited edition version of the shoes will be available at the Parisian concept store Colette in London which will stock only 12 of these shoes that will bear a number to certify its exclusivity.
The Sergio Rossi label is owned by the French conglomerate PPR. In 2007, Sergio Rossi stands with operating over 41 stores internationally, with 6 locations in the United States; New York, Bal Harbour, Beverly Hills, Costa Mesa, Waikiki, and Boston. The current Creative Director is Puerto Rican Edmundo Castillo.
