New York, NY (CNS) – To mark their twenty years in business, Donna Karan’s DKNY is teaming up with Levi’s to create three different styles of jeans. The two denim designers are planning to launch a skinny, wide leg and boyfriend style for their special collection.
Each style will be available in various department stores ranging from Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s. The denim styles will be available from the spring in a wide variety of range of styles and colors.
Patti Cohen, executive vice president of global marketing and communications at Donna Karan International told WWD: “For our 20th birthday we wanted to celebrate this milestone with a unique American icon.”
DKNY (Donna Karan New York) is the label of fashion designer Donna Karan. It is also the name of a clothing store in New York City featuring Donna Karan’s associated line.
Modern apparel and accessories corporation, DKNY, was founded in 1985 in New York by Donna Karan, head designer, and her late husband, Stephan Weiss.
