Norfolk, VA (CNS) – PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, is once again taking aim at fur-wearing, meat-eating celebrities, this time through an online holiday game.
The organization has recently created the online video game that allows you to hurl snowballs at celebrities known for donning fur to “help make the holidays safe for animals by fighting back against notorious animal abusers.”
Celebrity News Service checked out the game and liked the harmless holiday fun. Level one in the game allows you take aim throwing snowballs at Madonna, the Olsen twins and Donna Karen, while level two targets Charlton Heston and Colonel Sanders. Continue on to level three to try to take out Larry Jones and Eight Belles’ jockey and if you make it to level 4, you can target Sarah Palin, just make sure you don’t hit the reindeer!
PETA senior vice president Dan Matthews talks about the new game saying, “We’ve written polite letters, we’ve sent them video exposes, we’ve even held protests – maybe it takes a dash of snow in the face to knock some sense into fur-flaunting stars.”
The website also allows users to send holiday cards to friends and family. The game and holiday cards can be found on PETA’s website, peta.org for those who want to check it out and take a shot at some celebrities, send a holiday card or make a donation to the charity.
