London, England (CNS) – Multi-award winning actress Dame Helen Mirren isn’t only known for her acting prowess, but also on her impeccable fashion sense, which has been recognized on Tuesday’s Inspiration Award for Women.
Mirren, 63, has beaten younger stars such as actress Keira Knightley, supermodels Yasmin Le Bon and Agyness Deyn, TV personality Fearne Cotton, and musician Lauren Laverne for the Style Award at the event held in Cadogan Hall.
The Style Award is given to a “celebrity or well-known person who has inspired others with their fashion, elegance or artistic manner,” according to their website.
“The Queen” actress, who has a penchant for wearing revealing outfits, wore a low-cut empire knee-length slip dress when she collected her award.
The Inspiration Award for Women was organized by the charity organization, Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
