Christian Louboutin opens Flagship European Store

Another flagship store? Yes Christian Louboutin opens up yet another store, this time the store opens in London and is set to be the European flagship store. The three room store will feature everything from his Spring/Summer 2008 collection. The store is set to follow in the shoes (no pun intended) of his store on rue Jean-Jacques in Paris. He’s not only selling his ubiquitous red soled shoes, but handbags and everything else Christian Louboutin. The architect behind the endeavor is New York based Eric Clough. The store is a bit of a departure for Louboutin as he is Paris based and expectations are the home store would be in Paris. According to Louboutin, he wanted to have a store that reflected his aesthetic. The new store is set to open next month on Mount Street Mayfair.
