London Fashion Week Fall 2008 : Ann Sofie Back

An original concept at Ann Sofie Back. Looking through the lens, the collection focused on the image obsessed culture we exist in. Celebrity was ridiculed with lacy thongs on display, sowed into slits in dresses, worn as belts and pants(change to cuffs instead of pants). Bleached out denim and turquoise kept it light and fresh, while oversized manish tailoring and quirky hem angles were on-trend. In theme t-shirts and skirts were printed with pixilated squares, denying a view of what was beneath them, tying in nicely with the pap theme. Fabulous!
