The high fashion crime wave that has been baffling London’s police is coming to an end according to the Evening Standard. The paper revealed today that the bandits stealing high end designer pieces were selling the items on Ebay once they were lifted from the stores. The robbers would break into the stores at night with sledgehammers, place the items in a van, jump on motorcycles and drive away at a normal speed essentially evading cops and London’s ring of steel camera systems.
The ringleader is said to be a 17 year old out of London’s West End. More arrests are being made and the story is still developing, but it looks like police have finally caught the fashion bandits.
