Tupperware, the company that made food storage easy, simple…and fun for some, threw it’s hat in for fashion week.
The company known for parties by it’s members in the 60s and 70s is looking to revamp and bring itself into the 21st century. Taking a page from other companies who took part in the weeklong exhibition, Tupperware has become an essential accessory for the fashionista. Don’t believe us? Read on.
At the Cynthia Rowley show this week Tupperware made the smoothly shaped orange plastic headbands and two-inch transparent heels for the shoes on display.
Tupperware items were also in giftbags handed out to celebrities at fashion week. While the company has suffered a downturn in sales, these new initiatives in fashion may help turn everything around.
