May 2008 Issue

Papierdoll’s 3rd Anniversary issue comes at an interesting time in fashion. With emerging designers dominating headlines and the masses looking for what’s next on the horizon, this month we look at several newcomers with interesting stories. First up is an interview with Christopher Brosius, and his line of perfume ironically called: I Hate Perfume. Brosius delves into why he created the line and the direction of nearly thirty scents that comprise the collection.

We then take a trip to Los Angeles and take a look at Brazillian-based Dekaibrands. The group held a showcase with their various designers in the city of angels and we bring back photos of pieces from their swimwear and resort collections. The Spring/Summer season means bringing the sandals out and we seek to do just that with an essentials section that looks sandals from emerging and a handful of established designers. We’re also on the ground in Australia on our international blog, iPapier covering the who, wheres and hows of their fashion week. It is all here in Papierdoll’s 3 year anniversary, May 2008 online issue. Don’t forget to stop by daily for our news updates, our multiple blog updates and our giveaway that can get you a complete beauty kit worth nearly $300.
